Hessaire's manufacturing process is tailored to offer flexibility in producing fans of any geometry and to produce small orders economically. We achieve this through following key processes:

• 100% of the blades are stamped in house. Continuous adjustable punch tooling allows fans to be produced in any diameter.
• All of the spiders are press-formed in house on continuous adjustable tooling up. Fans can be produced in any pitch up to 45 degrees.
• Roll form process allows us to provide the most efficient airfoil geometry across the full surface of the blade.
